View Workflow Templates

View workflow templates you or other users created. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Workflows are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.
You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Manage Account Workflows
For more information, see the General section of the Edit Account Role Dialog Box.

To view workflow templates:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right corner of the screen, click the gear wheel > Workflow Templates.
    ConceptShare displays the list of templates that have been created for your account.
